UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following service:

“Organization of Transportation and Accommodation Services for Youth Exchange Program in Udine (Italy) and Sarajevo (BiH)”

UNFPA requires the provision of transportation and accommodation services for a Youth Exchange program scheduled to take place from November 17 to 29, 2024. The details of the services required are as follows:

First route (17 November 2024): 
●    Trieste - Sarajevo (18 passengers) 

Type of Transportation: 
●    Comfortable and reliable (mini) bus capable of accommodating 18 passengers with sufficient luggage space.

Accommodation Services:
●    Hotel in Sarajevo - double rooms for 18 guests for 6 nights with breakfast included (17 - 23 November)
Additional accommodation for youth participants from Western Balkans countries:
●    Hotel in Sarajevo - single rooms for max. 8 guests for one night with breakfast included (22 - 23 November)

Second route (23 - 29 November)
●    Sarajevo - Trieste - Udine - Sarajevo (54 passengers - 50 participants and 4 staff)
○    This includes 18 participants from Italy that arrived on November 17th 
○    32 participants (8 from Western Balkans countries and 32 from BiH)
○    4 staff

Type of Transportation: 
●    Comfortable and reliable bus capable of accommodating 54 passengers with sufficient luggage space.

Accommodation Services:
●    Hotel in Udine - double rooms for 32 guests for 6 nights full board (23 - 29 November)
●    Hotel in Udine - single rooms for 4 guests for 6 nights full board (23 - 29 November)
●    Hotel should have a conference room so that lectures can be held

Insurance
●    For all participants travel insurance should be provided

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested products and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.
