REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
RFQ No UNFPA/BIH/RFQ/23/004
UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the following:
“Procurement and distribution of menstrual pads for Sarajevo Canton Public High Schools year 2023-2024”.
UNFPA within the Campaign “Za Naše Dane u Mjesecu - Phase 2” implemented jointly with the Government of Sarajevo Canton is seeking for company that can procure and deliver menstrual pads for Sarajevo Canton Public High Schools as per specification listed in the Annex 1 and as per deliveries listed below:
1. Menstrual Hygiene pads 400,000 pcs

Deliveries as follows - (dates to be confirmed with UNFPA BiH prior to the deliveries):
100,000 pieces - (ten pieces in each package for a total of 10,000 packages) should be delivered to JU Srednja medicinska škola - Jezero Sarajevo (Tahmiščina 2, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosna i Hercegovina) no later than 12th February 2024.
100,000 pieces - (ten pieces in each package for a total of 10,000 packages) should be delivered to JU Srednja medicinska škola - Jezero Sarajevo (Tahmiščina 2, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosna i Hercegovina) no later than 1st April 2024.
100,000 pieces - (ten pieces in each package for a total of 10,000 packages) should be delivered to JU Srednja medicinska škola - Jezero Sarajevo (Tahmiščina 2, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosna i Hercegovina) no later than 20th May 2024.
100,000 pieces - (ten pieces in each package for a total of 10,000 packages) should be delivered to JU Srednja medicinska škola - Jezero Sarajevo (Tahmiščina 2, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosna i Hercegovina) no later than 30th September 2024.
All parcels should be marked with UNFPA logo and Sarajevo Canton Logo (design will be delivered by UNFPA).
This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested products and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.
Quotations should be submitted in a single email whenever possible, depending on file size. Quotations must contain:
a) Technical proposal (information on company, capacities for execution of tasks, previous experience with similar tasks, provisional distribution plan);
b) Completed information in Annex III - UNFPA Questionnaire Menstrual Health management (MHM) products
c) Price quotation, to be submitted strictly in accordance with the price quotation form;
d) Quality standard of the products;
e) Warranty package.
Both parts of the quotation must be signed by the bidding company’s relevant authority and submitted in PDF format.
